Frequently asked questions

Basic ($49/mo) covers an annual maintenance inspection, priority scheduling, and 20% off standard labor rates — a fit for homeowners who just want a trusted partner for the occasional fix. Standard ($99/mo) adds quarterly maintenance visits, minor repairs included, and 15% off additional labor — the sweet spot for most property owners. Premium ($199/mo) is for property managers and high-maintenance homes: monthly maintenance visits, all labor included, and emergency priority service with a dedicated account manager.
Log into your dashboard and open Request Service. Pick the property, the service type (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repair), describe the issue, and choose a preferred time window. We confirm the request by email within one business day, schedule the visit, and send the technician out. After the visit you'll see a status update in My Requests along with any notes or receipts.
We acknowledge every request within one business day and aim to schedule the visit inside the time window you selected. Standard members get priority scheduling, Premium members get emergency priority. If something is urgent and you're on Premium, flag the request accordingly and we route it to the next available technician.
Each tier includes a recurring visit cadence — quarterly on Standard, monthly on Premium — and minor repairs that fit within your plan's scope are included on those tiers. Anything outside your included scope is billed at member-rate labor (15–20% off standard rates depending on your tier). Premium's all-labor-included benefit covers additional repairs as well, so there's no hard ceiling on what we'll handle in a given month.
We re-do it at no charge. Let us know within 48 hours of any visit you're not satisfied with and we'll send someone back to make it right. Your satisfaction isn't a line item — it's the whole point of the membership.
